I am the founder and chief executive officer of Matryoshka Digital Systems LLC. We support implementing DevOps to shorten a systems development lifecycle and provide continuous delivery for customers’ business agility.

Standing on the shoulders of NTT DATA Group giants within seven years has given me a full range of system development experience. That includes not only system planning, development to maintenance, but also business development. Along with that, I succeeded in delivering projects in Japan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, and Romania, becoming familiar with IT business in the regions.

I witnessed two rapid shifts in each region, which led me to start the business. The first shift was a movement from waterfall development to agile development based on CI/CD. The second shift is a transfer from on-premise to cloud. Both of them represent the essential elements of DevOps that require skills to comprehend the “entire picture.” However, it is difficult to recruit engineers with such skills or spare extra time for leading developers internally to learn DevOps.

So I built my team in Belarus. Belarus is known as the Silicon Valley of Eastern Europe accommodating high-level engineers with skills demanded by DevOps. A few such engineers can realize CI/CD in two to three months.
